How to Register and Enroll with Beacon MFP

Learn how to register your Dispensing Entity with Beacon MFP

Overview

Beacon MFP registration requires authorized administrators of the corporation to complete the following:

  1. Verify their access to the provided email address

  2. Provide a series of documents to support the registrant's authorization to register the corporation -- administrators should be prepared to provide the EIN, CP-575 and the Articles of Incorporation for EACH corporation selected for Beacon MFP enrollment

  3. Revisit incomplete registrations through the Continue Registration flow available from mfp.beaconchannelmanagement.com/registrations

  4. Once documents are approved by Beacon Support, establish a password and MFA to finalize your credentials

How To Get Started

Beacon MFP enrollment and registrations begins from https://mfp.beaconchannelmanagement.com/registrations.

From the enrollment page, as an authorized administrator you will complete the following - steps called out in the screenshot below pulled from the registration process.

  1. Enter your email address -- make sure this is an email address that is accessible as Beacon MFP will verify your access through a verification code

  2. Select the corporation you are authorized to enroll and register in Beacon MFP -- use the search bar to search for your Entity based on Entity Name, NPI, or Relationship ID

  3. Continue to select additional corporations for Beacon MFP enrollment and registration - remember Beacon MFP will require the registering administrator to provide the EIN, CP-575 and Articles of Incorporation for each corporation selected

  4. Review Beacon MFP's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

  5. Click Enroll

  6. Beacon MFP will send a verification code to the provided email to enter on the next page

What To Expect After Clicking Enroll on the First Registration Page

  1. Once you click Enroll on the first step, Beacon MFP will send an Enrollment ID and a Verification Code to the provided email address

  2. Check your email - the email sender is [email protected] and the subject is Beacon MFP - Please Confirm Your Account

  3. Enter the Verification Code as prompted

What Does Beacon MFP Ask Administrators to Provide

  1. After entering the verification code, Beacon MFP will request an EIN, CP-575, and Articles of Incorporation for EACH corporation selected on the initial registration page -- click here for more information on these documents required for Beacon MFP registration

  2. Importantly authorized administrators DO NOT have to provide documentation for each of the selected corporations at once - the registration can be revisited later to continue working on any incomplete registrations

  3. Once documentation for at least one corporation is submitted, Beacon MFP Support will send an email confirming receipt of the documentation -- the email sender is [email protected] and the subject is Registration Documentation Received

How To Revisit Incomplete Registrations

  1. Administrators can revisit registration for selected corporations should documentation not be immediately available

  2. Administrators are prompted to enter their Enrollment ID and verification code- the Enrollment ID can be resent to the provided email address if you are unable to locate the original email

  3. Entering the Enrollment ID triggers a verification code- enter this code to continue progress on providing the documentation for each selected corporation

What To Expect After Submitting Documentation

  1. Once documentation for at least one corporation is submitted, Beacon Support will send an email confirming receipt of the documentation -- the email sender is [email protected] and the subject is Registration Documentation Received

  2. When Beacon Support completes their review, the documentation is either approved or requires additional information

  3. Approved documentation will invite the administrator to establish a password and their Multi Factor Authentication

  4. Beacon Support will reach out to the administrator should any of the provided documentation be unable to be approved for any reason

What to Expect Upon Logging in to Beacon MFP

  1. Administrators will be greeted with a Welcome pop-up introducing Beacon MFP

  2. Administrators can continue to register additional corporations from their Beacon MFP account and organize their corporations into organizations - check out Beacon Support's resource for more information
