How to Add Additional Corporations in Beacon MFP

Add additional corporations to your Beacon MFP account to register new pharmacy groupings, organize related locations, and enable rebate processing and reporting across multiple dispensing entities.


Before You Begin

  • You must belong to a registered entity in Beacon MFP

  • You must be authorized to register an account with Beacon for the dispensing entity

  • You must have access to the entity’s supporting documents (EIN, CP575, and Articles of Incorporation)


Adding Additional Corporations in Beacon MFP

  1. Navigate to the Organizations module from the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Click Add Corporation.

  3. Use the search bar to search for your entity based on Entity Name, NPI, or Relationship ID.

  4. Provide the entity’s supporting documents (EIN, CP575, and Articles of Incorporation).

  5. Review and confirm the authorization statement to confirm you are permitted to register this entity.

  6. Read and accept the Terms of Use agreement to proceed with registration.

  7. Click Submit.

Once submitted, Beacon processes the registration request. You can monitor your entity registration from the Pending tab, accessible by the Add Corporation modal, where it will remain “In Review” until Beacon completes its review.
