Invite additional contributors to your dispensing entity, so they can access data, complete required tasks, and collaborate on your operational workflows.
Prerequisites
You must have the appropriate permissions to invite a new user:
Admins can invite Users and Admins
Users can invite Users only
The team member must have access to the email address used for the invitation
The dispensing entity must already be registered in Beacon MFP
Steps
Follow these steps to invite a new user to your dispensing entity:
Navigate to the Organizations module from the side panel menu
Click View on the Organization to which you want to invite the new user
Click Invite Members
Complete the user’s information and select their role
Click Send Invite
Once sent, the user will receive an email containing a secure link, which they should use to join the organization and complete the setup process.
After, the new user will appear under the Members tab in the Organization to which they've been added. This page displays a complete list of all contributors associated with the entity, along with the role assigned to each person. From here, Admins can review access levels, confirm who has administrative permissions, and manage changes as needed.
