Actionable Insights
The Dashboard module brings together key summary metrics and insights that can help you quickly understand the current volume, processing status, and pricing breakdowns of MFP rebates, so you can identify trends or anomalies when they occur.
MFP Rebates
The MFP Rebates report gives you a snapshot of total rebate volume and financial activity across all registered corporations, giving you an immediate sense of how many MFP rebates have processed year-to-date as well as a recent record of realized MFP rebate dollars.
MFP Rebates reports the total number of valid and invalid MFP rebates for your organizations year to date. The charts below show the breakdown of rebates in the last 10 days and in the last 3 months.
Use the MFP Rebates chart to view daily activity and broader financial trends across the last few months to help understand both short-term and long-term patterns.
MFP Rebate Status
The MFP Rebate Status report helps you track processing progress for all rebates. Valid MFP Rebates represents what percentage of the total rebates for your organization are valid. The chart below displays the distribution of rebates that are currently Processing versus Delivered to the MTF.
Processing – Represents the total validated sum of rebates that are still in process, meaning their status is neither sent nor received.
Delivered to the MTF – Reflects the total validated sum of rebates that have been delivered or are currently being delivered to the MTF. These rebates have a status of either sent or received.
Total – Summation of Processing and Delivered to the MTF.
Together, these values help you understand how much of your rebate activity has passed validation and where rebates currently sit in the processing lifecycle.
Basis of Price Breakdown
The Basis of Price Breakdown report shows the distribution of rebates categorized by pricing determination. You can see the percentage of rebates priced across Standard Default Refund Amount (SDRA), 340B and Contract Price accordingly.
SDRA – The dispensing entity acquired the drug at the SDRA. Rebates were identified as eligible for the Standard Default Refund Amount (WAC minus MFP).
340B – The dispensing entity acquired the drug at the 340B price. If the 340B price is lower than MFP, no rebate is paid. Otherwise, the rebate amount is the 340B price less the MFP.
Contract Price – The dispensing entity acquired the drug at a contract price. The rebate amount is the contract price minus the MFP.
This view helps with understanding pricing distribution across rebate activity.
MFP Rebates Files
